Deli Roast Beef and Cheese Sandwich
10 servings

10	each sourdough French rolls
2 1/2	pounds sliced deli roast beef
1/2	pound sliced white American cheese
10	each mayonnaise packets
10	each mustard packets
10	packages potato chips
 
Cut french roll nearly in half, arrange 4 oz roast beef and one slice of 
cheese onto each.  Wrap in plastic, repeat with remaining rolls, roast, and 
cheese.  Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with mayonnaise, 
mustard, and chips to the side.
