Creamy Dijon Green Beans
30 servings

1	cup sour cream
1	cup mayonnaise
1	teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4	cup french fried onions
 
Combine beans and a small amount of water in a saucepot, over a medium heat.  
Heat thoroughly, stirring often.  Drain well.  Combine mayonnaise, sour 
cream, and mustard mix well.  Add to green beans-mix well.  Season to taste 
with salt and white pepper.  Spoon into a serving dish, garnish with french-
fried onions and serve hot.
