Cheese Sauce with Beer 4 servings 1/2 cup grated jack cheese 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon flour 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon paprika 4 ounces beer 1 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce 1/4 cup milk Combine jack cheese, cheddar cheese, flour, dry mustard, and paprika, toss to mix well. Combine beer and hot pepper sauce in a saucepan, over medium-low heat. Add cheese mixture, a little at a time. Heat and stir to melt cheese. Stir in milk. Serve warm.
