Coconut Sauce 4 servings 1/2 cup finely minced onion 2 tablespoons finely minced, seeded mild green chilies 1 teaspoon very finely minced ginger 1 teaspoon garlic puree 1/4 teaspoon curry powder 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves 1/8 teaspoon fennel seed 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 cup coconut cream 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons strained fresh lime juice Combine onions, chilies, ginger, garlic, curry powder, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, salt in a saucepan, over a medium heat. Heat and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and stir constantly for 5 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
