Roasted Red Potatoes 25 servings 8 pounds medium red potatoes 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise 2 1/2 ounces salsa 1/3 cup sugar 3/4 pound butter pats Steam potatoes until nearly tender. Remove to cool completely. Halve lengthwise, and cut crosswise slits in potato, grill until slightly browned. Combine mayonnaise, salsa, and sugar, mix well. Brush onto potatoes, grill until heated through. Serve hot, with butter pats to the side.
