Quick Cole Slaw 6 servings 1 head cabbage 1/4 cup minced sweet red onion 2 teaspoons sugar 4-6 tablespoons mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon white pepper Wash and core cabbage, cut into small wedges. Place into a food processor, process until finely minced. Add onions and sugar-pulse to mix. Add only enough mayonnaise to moisten. Cover and chill for 4-96 hours. Serve slightly chilled.
