Cheddar and Scallion Turnovers 32 servings 1 16 oz. package frozen puff pastry, thawed 8 teaspoons honey mustard 1 cup cheddar cheese, finely grated 1/4 cup scallions, finely minced Remove 1 sheet of puff pastry from package and keep remainder covered. Rollout into a 12x12-inch square. Cut into two 6x12-inch pieces. Spread one-half sheet with 4 teaspoons honey mustard. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheddar. Top with 2 tablespoons scallions. Cover with another half sheet. Roll lightly with a rolling pin to seal, without stretching. Trim edges even, discarding trimmings. Cut into 32 1-1/2x1-1/2-inch squares. Transfer to a greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Cover with plastic and chill or freeze until ready to bake. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Thaw turnovers in refrigerator for 24 hours, if frozen bake @ 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden and puffy. Arrange onto a serving tray. Garnish as desired. Serve hot.
