Best Multi-Bean Salad 60 servings 1 can garbanzo beans, drained 1 can kidney beans, drained 1 can wax beans, drained 1 can drained green beans 1 cup thinly sliced celery 1 cup thinly sliced sweet red onion 1/2 cup julienned seeded green bell pepper 3/4 cup olive oil 3/4 cup red wine vinegar, to taste 1/2 cup corn syrup, to taste 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, to taste Combine beans, celery, onions, and bell peppers, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium heat, heat and stir just to a boil. Remove from heat, pour over bean mixture, and toss to mix well. Cover and chill for 2-48 hours.
